Cvent - ON24

Cvent Atlanta, LLC (Cvent) proposes to acquire ON24, Inc. (ON24), through the merger of Summit Sub Corp. (an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Cvent) with ON24. Following the merger, ON24 will be the surviving entity and continue as an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Cvent (Proposed Acquisition).

Cvent provides meetings, events and hospitality technology, specifically an event marketing and management platform. Cvent is solely controlled by investment funds managed by affiliates of Blackstone, Inc.

In Australia, Cvent provides cloud-based services for hospitality and event management, and limited webinar services.

ON24 is a cloud-based engagement platform that provides tools for webinars, virtual events and other experiences. It also provides marketing and sales analytics tools.

In Australia, ON24 supplies webinar services and to a lesser extent virtual event services software.
