Australian Venue Co. – An Sibin Irish Pub

AVC Operations Pty Limited (AVC) proposes to acquire 100% of the business and assets of Ash Promotions Pty Ltd trading as An Sibin Irish Pub (An Sibin) under an asset sale agreement, dated 10 February 2026 (the Acquisition).

AVC is a subsidiary of Australian Venue Co. Holdings Limited which operates licensed venues throughout Australia and New Zealand, primarily pubs, as well as some bars, clubs, and licensed restaurants. AVC's venues are individually branded and mostly located in inner-city and metro areas, offering food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, function rooms, live entertainment and gaming facilities.

An Sibin is a pub located at 147 James Street, Northbridge WA 6003. It has a traditional Irish pub offering, similar to a hotel or tavern. The business and assets of An Sibin are operated by Ash Promotions Pty Ltd trading as An Sibin Irish Pub, being the Target.
