Audiotonix - Soundtech Group

Audiotonix Limited (Audiotonix) intends to acquire 100% of the shares and sole control of Soundtech Group S.r.l. (Soundtech Group) through 2 special purpose vehicles, Sound Bidco S.r.l and Sound Bidco (Denmark) ApS. Both special purpose vehicles will be 100% directly owned by A6 Audio Bidco Limited (A6 Audio), which, in turn, is 100% indirectly owned by Audiotonix. A6 Audio and Audiotonix are part of Audiotonix Group, a UK-headquartered group active in the design, engineering and manufacturing of professional audio mixing consoles, as well as associated equipment such as networking (allowing consoles to connect with other consoles), interface products (used to physically control music editing and mixing remotely from a console), software (e.g., audio processing, control software and operating systems) and spare parts.

Audiotonix is under the sole control of PAI Partners, a private equity firm with a focus on investing in business services, food and consumer, general industrials and healthcare.

In Australia, Audiotonix’s subsidiary Sound Devices is a wholesale supplier of wireless microphone systems.

Soundtech Group is a supplier in the professional audio industry which is active in the design, manufacturing and application of micro-electronic mechanisms.

Soundtech Group’s subsidiaries include DPA Microphones A/S (DPA Microphones), Austrian Audio GmbH (Austrian Audio) and Wisycom S.r.l. (Wisycom).

In Australia, DPA Microphones and Austrian Audio are wholesale suppliers of high-end microphones, and Wisycom is a wholesale supplier of wireless microphone systems and wireless in-ear monitoring systems.
