Aluminium Specialties Group – Manufacturing facility site in Orchard Hills, NSW

Aluminium Specialties Group Pty Ltd (Aluminium Specialities Group) has entered into agreements for lease of manufacturing premises owned by Atilol Holdings Pty Ltd (Atilol), located on two lots in the same parcel of land in the Alspec Industrial Business Park in 221–227 Luddenham Road, Orchard Hills NSW.

Aluminium Specialities Group manufactures and extrudes aluminium systems supplies such as door and window frames through a related entity known as Alspec.

Atilol owns and leases non-residential property. Atilol is constructing the manufacturing premises in consultation with Aluminium Specialities Group.
