Scopely – Loom Games

Scopely, Inc. (Scopely) proposes to acquire:

• an initial 51% of the shares of Loom Games Oyun Yazılım ve Pazarlama Anonim Şirketi (Loom Games), and
• 4 related 12.25% stakes, up to 100% of the shares of Loom Games.

Scopely is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Saudi Electronic Games Holding Company (doing business as Savvy Games Group (Savvy)), which itself is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), the sovereign wealth fund of Saudi Arabia.

Scopely is an interactive entertainment company specialising in the development and publishing of mobile-first video games. Scopely develops games in-house, through Scopely’s development studios, as well as through external partner studios.

Scopely’s published mobile games currently available include MONOPOLY GO!, Star Trek Fleet Command, Marvel Strike Force, Pokémon GO, Monster Hunter Now, Campfire, Wayfarer, Pikmin Bloom, Bingo Bash: Live Bingo Games, Tiki Solitaire TriPeaks, Yahtzee with Buddies, WWE Champions, Scrabble GO, GSN Casino: Slot Machine Games, Stumble Guys, Looney Tunes World of Mayhem, Dice With Buddies: Social Game, Wheel of Fortune: Show Puzzles, Temple Run: Puzzle Adventure, and Grand Casino: Slots Games. Games produced by Scopely are built on its Playgami platform, which includes both publishing tools and a learning system to help support game development during all aspects of its development cycle and after launch.

Savvy is the ultimately controlling company within PIF that is active in gaming. The only Savvy-owned companies active in mobile gaming are Scopely and Scopely’s wholly owned subsidiaries, Niantic, and Tag Games. Savvy is otherwise active in organising and commercialising eSports events, developing and investing in experimental gaming venues, and developing video games.

Aside from Savvy, PIF’s portfolio consists of companies active in various industries, including aerospace and defence, construction, financial services, healthcare, mining, real estate and others.

Loom Games is a mobile game developer engaged in the development, distribution and operation of puzzle games, based in Istanbul, Turkey, and established in 2025. Loom Games’ games are (i) Pixel Flow! and (ii) Ropeland (which is currently dormant). It distributes its games mainly through global app stores such as Google Play and Apple App Store, with its core revenue streams derived from in-app advertising and in-app purchasing/subscriptions.
